**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Proficiency in pastry work, including the preparation of items such as bread, croissants, and profiteroles
- Expertise in chocolate work, including tempering and creating chocolate art
- Mastery of continental cuisine, with knowledge of sauces, marinades, and non-vegetarian Neapolitan pizza dough
- Lead and supervise the culinary team, providing training and guidance to ensure high-quality food production
- Ensure punctuality and efficiency in executing orders, maintaining consistency and excellence in every dish
- Develop new and innovative recipes that delight and impress customers
- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen environment, adhering to sanitation and hygiene standards
- Demonstrate creativity, hard work, and dedication in all culinary endeavors
