Job Title: Company Secretary
Location: Ajmer, Rajasthan
**Salary**: 40k - 50k
**Job Description**:
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented company secretary to join our team. As a company secretary, you will be responsible for ensuring that our company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinating and implementing timely corporate compliance for all group companies
- Managing and maintaining the portfolio of group companies
- Liaising with other internal departments and external auditors, solicitors, and service providers in relation to the annual compliance process and daily transaction approval processes
- Convening and providing administration for annual general meetings (AGMs)
- Providing legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings
**Requirements**:
- Proven work experience as a company secretary or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements
- Strong understanding of corporate governance principles
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
