Job Title: Business Executive - India Market Operations

Location: Will require extensive travel across India

As we expand our operations across India, we are seeking a dynamic and committed Business Executive to drive our market growth by engaging with leading projects and top-tier architects throughout the country.

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals across the Indian market, statewise on Target basis.
- Establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners including leading architects, project managers, and construction firms.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential projects and create proposals tailored to the needs of high-value clients.
- Lead negotiations and close deals with a focus on maximizing profit and expanding market share.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to craft targeted campaigns and promotional activities that align with regional preferences and sales objectives.
- Manage customer support processes, ensuring the resolution of issues and the maintenance of high customer satisfaction levels.
- Attend industry conferences, workshops, and other networking events to represent LuxFloors, fostering brand visibility and engagement.
- Provide regular reports on regional sales performance, market conditions, and competitive activities to senior management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and local regulations.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in sales or business development, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in the building materials, interior design, or construction industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a flair for persuasive and clear presentation abilities.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills with a proven ability to drive project management from conception to implementation.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to rapidly changing environments.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and CRM software.

Travel Requirement:
This position requires extensive travel across India, potentially up to 70% of the time, to manage and oversee project developments, meet with clients, and lead promotional activities.

Employment Type:Full-Time

Compensation: Competitive salary plus performance-based incentives and travel allowances.
