Social Media Executive

**Key Responsibilities**: - Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive web traffic, and boost engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, etc.).
- Create, curate, and manage captivating content (text, images, video) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate insightful reports to measure campaign success, offering data-driven recommendations for optimization.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to seamlessly integrate social media efforts into broader marketing campaigns. - Manage social media advertising campaigns, overseeing budget allocation, targeting, and performance analysis.
- Actively engage with our online community, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Conduct competitive analysis and remain up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and e-commerce.
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance content visibility and search rankings.
- Coordinate with graphic designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
- Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns to expand reach and enhance brand credibility.
- Manage and optimize social media accounts on e-commerce platforms.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 3-4 years of proven experience in social media marketing, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices.
- Proficiency with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
- Excellent communication, writing, and editing skills in MALAYALAM, English language.
- Creative mind-set with the ability to generate innovative content ideas.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketing techniques.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience with graphic design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, etc.). - Understanding of PPC advertising and paid social media campaigns.
- Knowledge of agriculture and farming input products.
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS for content optimization.
