Sales Executive (75% Travel)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. As a Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of Spars Electric Vehicle Company. This position requires extensive travel, with a minimum of 75% travel commitment to domestic and international locations.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets and increase market share for Spars Electric Vehicle Company.

Identify and prospect potential customers, build strong business relationships, and generate new sales opportunities.

Conduct comprehensive market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the electric vehicle industry.

Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients, effectively highlighting the unique features and benefits of our electric vehicles.

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop impactful sales materials, including brochures, presentations, and product information sheets.

Negotiate sales contracts, pricing agreements, and terms and conditions with customers, ensuring profitable sales margins.

Regularly monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, generate accurate sales forecasts, and provide regular reports to the sales management team.

Attend industry conferences, trade shows, and events to showcase our electric vehicles and expand the company's network of contacts.

Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly and effectively.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to proactively identify new business opportunities.

**Requirements**:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

Strong knowledge of the electric vehicle industry, including market trends, competitor landscape, and customer preferences.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and stakeholders at all levels.

Exceptional presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers and close sales deals.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Willingness to travel a minimum of 75% of the time, both domestically and internationally.

Valid driver's license and ability to travel independently.

Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tracking tools.

Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
