Steward / Waiter

Visamo Nalsarovar Resort, a luxury resort near the beautiful Nalsarovar Bird Sanctuary, is seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Stewards/Waiters to join our hospitality team. As a Steward/Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service to our guests in our in-house restaurant and through room service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Present menus, take orders, and serve food and beverages promptly.
- Ensure guests have a memorable dining experience by providing attentive and personalized service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down the restaurant and room service areas for service.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure accurate and timely order delivery.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints with a positive and customer-centric approach.
- Follow all health and safety regulations and resort policies.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Steward/Waiter in a hotel or restaurant setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; proficiency in English is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Attention to detail and a passion for providing excellent customer service.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.

**Additional Information**:

- This position includes serving guests both in the in-house restaurant and through room service.
- Food and accommodation are provided at the property, ensuring a comfortable living and working environment.

Pay: Up to ₹18,000.00 per month
