**Role Overview**:
As a Web Designer, you will collaborate closely with our design and product teams to create visually stunning and intuitive web flows, interfaces, and content that align with digital product design best practices. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that every web touchpoint enhances the overall user experience while meeting business goals. Your designs will directly impact how users engage with and enjoy the products we create.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop engaging web flows that enhance user experience for digital products.
- Collaborate with product designers and developers to create seamless, responsive web experiences.
- Create and manage web content that reflects brand identity and communicates key product features.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs to guide the development team.
- Conduct research and usability testing to optimize web interfaces and ensure they meet user needs.
- Ensure consistency across various web platforms and devices, with a focus on responsive design.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging design technologies, and best practices in web design and digital product interfaces.
- Work closely with the marketing and content teams to align website content with product launches and updates.

**Requirements**:

- Proven background in Web Design
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and responsive web design principles.
- Knowledge of current web design trends and best practices for digital product experiences.
- Excellent visual design skills with attention to detail and creativity.
- Ability to solve complex design challenges with a focus on user-centric solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present and articulate design decisions.
- Experience working in an Agile environment with cross-functional teams.

**Nice to Have**:

- Knowledge of front-end development practices and how design interacts with development.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and analytics tools for optimizing web designs.
