**Job Title : Logistics Coordinator - Jewellery Manufacturing**

**Location : Trichy**

**Experience : 1 To 2 Years Experience Logistics**

**Salary : 10000 to 15000**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Parcel and Courier Coordination**:

- Oversee the coordination of parcels and couriers within the jewellery manufacturing facility.
- Ensure proper checking procedures are followed during the sending and receiving of parcels.

**2. Record Maintenance**:

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all outgoing and incoming parcels and couriers.
- Issue parcels to the concerned person or department with proper documentation.

**3. On-Time Delivery Planning**:

- Develop and implement plans to ensure on-time delivery of parcels and couriers.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to streamline the delivery process.

**4. Quality Control**:

- Conduct thorough checks on parcels to ensure they meet quality standards before dispatch.
- Coordinate with manufacturing and quality control teams to address any discrepancies.

**5. Communication**:

- Facilitate effective communication between different departments regarding parcel and courier status.
- Report any delays, damages, or issues to the appropriate stakeholders promptly.

**6. Problem Resolution**:

- Address and resolve logistics-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to find solutions to challenges.

**7. Compliance**:

- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies in the handling of parcels and couriers.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and implement improvements as necessary.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 1 years of experience in logistics, specifically in the jewellery manufacturing industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Familiarity with quality control processes in a manufacturing setting.
