Responsibilities:

- Maintaining patient records, tracking progress, and identifying opportunities for improvements.
- Observing patient behaviors and offering behavior modifications to them based on ABA principles.
- Educating both patients and their parents about specific behavior modification techniques and therapies.
- Creating individualized treatment plans for each patient.
- Staying up-to-date on the latest trends in ABA therapy.

**Requirements**:

- Master’s degree in advanced behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role (1-2 years).
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage emotionally stressful situations
- Willingness to customize treatment plans to each patient’s unique needs
- Previous experience working with children is preferred

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
