**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Responsible for Invoice Management of personnel services and consumable cost.
- Responsible to arrange personnel requirements as per forecasting.
- Responsible for Standard of Cleanliness.
- Responsible to Reduce HK complains & resolution.
- Responsible for Negotiate the best available rate with HK vendors.
- Responsible to Supervise HK daily Operations and periodical tasks.
- Responsible for 85% & above in Operational Audit for quarter consolidated / All audits RTY.
- Responsible for Report generation for running cost.
- Responsible for SOPs to be derived for HK work areas.
- Responsible for Train, Supervise and monitor the work quality of housekeeper.
- Responsible for workforce work allotment
**Qualification**:
1. **Educational**: Graduation /Post Graduate.
2. **Professional**: Certificate course or diploma in hospitality/Hotel Management.
Experience: 3-5 years in a similar role in a reputed organisation in Service/Hospitality/Retail industry.
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
