**Required Skills**:

- **Experience**: 2 to 10 years
- Payroll operations experience in any one of the following Countries is Mandatory - ANZ / APAC /South Africa/ Philippines / Indonesia/India / Middle East/ Singapore/ Malaysia.
- Multi country payroll is an advantage
- Good communication skills (oral & written)

**Job Purpose**:

- **Team Lead** will be responsible for managing a team f 10 -15 members as direct first level supervisor. The role requires a good leadership skills and the ability to connect with the clients. The role ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions. This role closely works with the processing executives to identify improvement opportunities and may be leveraged across multiple clients.

**Payroll Processor - Key Responsibilities**:

- End to end payroll processing
- Collecting timesheet data and payroll information
- Entering data into payroll and administrative databases and software programs
- Calculating wages, benefits, tax deductions and commissions
- Preparing and processing paychecks and cash deposits
- Maintaining accurate records pf payroll documentation and transactions
- Responding to payroll related inquiries and resolving concerns
- Performing payroll reconciliations
- Preparing financial reports for accounting and auditing purposes
- Payroll Tax Lodgments based on the state-wise capping limit
- Termination payments calculation with Annual Leave, Long Service Leave and Redundancy payment

**Team Lead - Key Responsibilities**:

- Actively develop and maintain strong working relationships with all resources personnel and PG Agencies personnel both at an interpersonal level and across all business processes within the wider business environment.
- Actively maintain communication and behavior standards that foster a culture of strong customer and service excellence both within resources and across all agency organizations. Health & Safety.
- Identify new hazards and advise manager or workplace H&S representative/ coordinator within 24 hours of identification.
- Report incidents and accidents to manager or workplace H&S representative/ coordinator as soon as possible.
- Implements, maintains, and reviews payroll processing systems to ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll transactions including salaries, benefits, taxes, and other deductions.
- Ensures accurate and timely processing of payroll updates including new hires, terminations, and changes to pay rates.
- Prepares and maintains accurate records and reports of payroll transactions.
