With a focus on innovation and excellence, we are currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with expertise in Tally ERP to join our finance team. As a Tally Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate financial record-keeping and reporting using Tally ERP software.

**Responsibilities**:
**Design for Print**:Create visually appealing and effective designs for various print materials, including brochures, posters, business cards, packaging, and promotional items, considering the specifications of offset printing.
Ensure that designs meet the highest standards of quality, accuracy, and brand consistency.

**Prepress Preparation**:Prepare print-ready files for production, including color separations, image adjustments, and file optimization for offset printing.
Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless transition from design to print.

**Print Technology Integration**:Stay current with advancements in print technology, especially in the offset printing sector.
Collaborate with the printing and production teams to leverage new printing capabilities for enhanced design outcomes.

**Color Management**:Implement and maintain color management processes to ensure accurate and consistent color reproduction across various print materials.
Work closely with the printing team to achieve optimal color results on different printing substrates.

**Creative Ideation**:Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative discussions to generate innovative design ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring creative concepts to life.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in the offset printing industry.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, including Coral Draw and some Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of offset printing processes, color theory, and prepress procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.

**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
