**_Responsible for running all payroll day-to day operations and co-ordination with key teams._**

**_Responsibilities_**_ _**:
**_To manage payroll operations and ensure an accurate and timely payments to employees._**

**_ _**
**_To manage payroll compliances and reconciliations_**

**_ _**
**_To ensure timely input to the banking team for funding towards disbursement of salaries and tax payments_**

**_ _**
**_To manage internal and external audits of the process _**

**_Maintain communication and positive relationships with the key partners’ Hiring, C&B, HR and Accounting teams to review cross-functions impacts, and strategies the payroll operations accordingly._**

**_To handle and provide mentorship to the payroll team to optimize output._**

**_Qualifications we seek in you_**:

**_B. Com / CA qualification_**

**_ _**
**_Preferred qualifications_**_ _**:
**_Relevant years of experience in India payroll._**

**_ _**
**_Ability to work efficiently and independently, handle pressure._**

**_ _**
**_Collaborative and great teammate_**

**_ _**
**_Should be capable in doing multitasking and should be quick in doing right delegation and decision making._**

**_ _**
**_Must be dynamic, having an eye on details and able to work well under deadlines in a changing environment._**

**_ _**
**_Should be good in Microsoft Office. Especially in Excel, Word, Visio and Power-point._**

**_ _**
**_Should be innovative to adopt the technology change in the process for smoother operations._**

**_ _**
**_Good command on the Oracle ERPs like Financial and Payroll systems is preferred._**

**_Should be excellent in communication skills and team handling._**
