Gold Auditors

Conduct audits and examinations of gold-related activities to ensure compliance with industry standards, legal requirements, and internal policies.
- To carry out valuation and verification of gold ornaments with respect to weight, and purity, and detect spurious, low-purity gold and frauds to mitigate the risk.
- Ensure that proper KYC and other prescribed documentation process is followed before and after the disbursement of loan
- Maintain liaison with branches in the designated area and Head Office for speedy resolution of problems
- Stay updated with industry regulations, such as anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations, and assess the organization's adherence to these standards. Identify any potential compliance risks and recommend appropriate remedial actions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls related to gold transactions and storage. Assess the adequacy of control mechanisms in place to prevent fraud, theft, or misappropriation of gold assets. Identify weaknesses or gaps in control procedures and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Oversee the inventory management process for gold holdings, including physical verification, reconciliation, and valuation of gold assets. Conduct periodic stock takes, verify the accuracy of inventory records, and ensure proper controls are in place to safeguard against theft, loss, or damage.
- Identify and assess potential risks associated with gold-related activities.
- Prepare audit reports documenting findings, recommendations, and observations from audits conducted. Communicate audit results to management and stakeholders, highlighting areas of concern and suggesting corrective actions. Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation of audit procedures, work papers, and supporting evidence.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
