**About Us**:
Marquee Equity is a tech-driven Investment Bank with a team of 100+, dedicated to making capital raising easier for its clients.

We work with companies to:
a. Build their data room (pitch decks, financial models, business plans)

b. Access the most relevant investors to their raise

We operate globally and host over 750 transactions a year on our platform.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Produce, edit and publish long-form podcasts featuring successful founders and entrepreneurs
- Manage a team of podcast editors and content creators
- Develop content strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives
- Conduct research and gather information on topics related to the podcast
- Write and produce scripts for the podcast
- Manage the technical aspects of podcast production, including recording, editing, and publishing
- Develop marketing and promotion strategies to increase the podcast's audience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create social media campaigns to promote the podcast
- Engage with listeners and build a community around the podcast
- Monitor and analyze podcast metrics to improve the podcast's performance

**Qualifications**:

- At least 3 years of experience producing long podcast videos with successful founders and entrepreneurs
- Excellent storytelling and content development skills
- Strong audio recording and editing skills
- Experience managing a team of editors and content creators
- Knowledge of marketing and promotion strategies for podcasts
- Technical expertise in podcast production and distribution
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for creating compelling content that engages and inspires listeners

**Salary**: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
