**Revised Work **_**8.30 am to 5.00 pm (Monday - Friday), Saturday: 8.30 am to 1.30 pm**_
- Weekly off: Sunday_

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- The following are your roles and responsibilities._

**PRIMARY DUTIES**
DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES
- The digital entry of all expense vouchers and bills
- Create monthly projected budgets for the organization and programs.

**1) Maintain the accounts **-Communicate with staff and vendors to ensure timely payments **and keep it running **-Manage accounts payable (bill payments, salaries, petty cash, etc.) and **smoothly **receivable through cash/cheque/voucher in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and follow up with the Manager to ensure that all payments are prepared and completed promptly and on time.
- Tally and preparation of finals accounts in coordination with the appointed Chartered Accountants
- Generate bills for income-generating projects
- Follow up on payments received

**2) Monitor organizational **-Maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analysing accounting data and prepare financial reports
- Maintain accounts files
- Checking with the Manager to ensure that Writing out vouchers are prepared for for payments pending and completed
- Filling out and submitting NEFT forms, cheques, and other bank work
- To prepare a budget for a new program

**3) Creation of **-Monitor monthly expenses **programmatic **-Collect, save, code and Verify bills and vouchers **monitoring **-Report with management on changes and deviations from the said budget

**4) Financial **-Record and ensure donations receipts are prepared and issued by the
**Administration **Management.
- Maintaining a list of donations received and receipts sent.

**SECONDARY DUTIES**

**1) Other Activities **-Assist with data entry or any other work as time permits.
- Based on program activities or events the Finance Officer should plan, financially support the team and prepare budgets.
- Should create monitoring & tracking of all finances and payments.

**IMPORTANT NOTES**:
Management.
- The consultant will be put on probation if the performance is found to be unsatisfactory at the time of his working term at the organization. In this probation period if the performance of the consultant is found to be unsatisfactory despite training and guidance the Service of the consultant will be terminated.
- In cases of repeated unsatisfactory performance or negligence the Director - CEO has the right to terminate the service of any staff with due process of an inquiry within 7 working days.
- In cases of serious misconduct, the staff will be terminated with immediate effect

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
