**Salary**: 15000-30000 CTC Monthly

**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Supervise Injection Molding Processes**: Oversee the daily operations of the injection molding department, ensuring efficient and effective production.
- **Tool Loading**: Coordinate and manage the loading and unloading of molds onto injection molding machines.
- **Parameter Setting**: Set and adjust machine parameters for optimal production performance, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- **Quality Control**: Monitor production output to maintain high-quality standards and conduct regular checks on finished products.
- **Troubleshooting**: Identify and resolve issues related to the injection molding process, machine malfunctions, or product defects.
- **Team Management**: Lead and motivate the injection molding team, providing guidance and training as needed.
- **Adherence to Safety Standards**: Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
- **Reporting**: Generate reports on production metrics, machine performance, and any incidents or deviations from standard procedures.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**: Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the plastic manufacturing industry.
- **Knowledge**: In-depth understanding of tool loading, parameter setting, and troubleshooting in injection molding processes.
- **Technical Skills**: Familiarity with injection molding machines, molds, and related equipment.
- **Leadership**: Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
- **Problem-Solving**: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address issues in real-time.
- **Safety Awareness**: Commitment to maintaining a safe and compliant working environment.
