Position Overview: As a Nursing Recruiter to the UK, your primary responsibility will be to attract, source, and recruit qualified nursing professionals to meet the staffing needs of our organization. You will play a crucial role in identifying and hiring talented nurses who possess the necessary skills, experience, and passion to provide exceptional patient care and contribute to our institution's success. This role demands a strong understanding of the nursing industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage the entire recruitment process efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively reach out to nursing professionals through targeted outreach efforts and build a talent pipeline.
Employer Branding and Recruitment Marketing:Assist in developing and implementing effective recruitment marketing strategies to attract nursing talent to our organization.
Promote our healthcare institution as an employer of choice within the nursing community.
Recruitment Process Management:Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records, applicant tracking, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws, regulations, and company policies during the recruitment process.
Work closely with the HR team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new nursing hires.
Continuous Improvement:Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance the recruitment process's effectiveness.
Stay updated with nursing industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Nursing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in nursing recruitment or healthcare talent acquisition.
- Solid understanding of nursing roles, responsibilities, and licensure requirements in the UK.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment marketing techniques.
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the UK pertaining to recruitment and hiring.

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
