**Ideal Candidature/ JD : -**

1). Looking after staff matters and staff-related issues.

2). Manage and communicate shift schedules of staff.

3). Communicate and make understand of Policies, rules and regulations to staff.

4). Check and monitor that all staff must punch as per the time schedule allocated.

5). Check and monitor uniforms and batch must wear by all staff.

6). Sanction leave and keep leave records.

7). Take daily attendance reports and monitor the late coming and early going.

8). Follow leave rules framed by HO.

10). Look after housekeeping and maintain property clean and shining.

11). Look after all maintenance-related issues and make sure, it will complete in time.

12). Look after security personnel, include safety and security measures.

13). Each incoming and outgoing material should be noted and monitored, maintain system for that.

14). Behavior and manners of staff should be checked and keep updated regularly.

15).Take care of viewers’ satisfaction and resolve any matters arise from viewers.

16).Ensure at most satisfaction and comfort of viewers.

17). Look after waste reduction in food court and canteen.

18). Send regular report to concern person at HO for revenue generated in each head.

19). Monitor and update accountancy records.

20). Monitor and handle cash and deposit to bank.

21). Scheduling of movie show screen wise.

22). Look after proper advertisements for movie.

23). Look after overall functions of Box-office, monitor Govt. compliance.

24). Co-ordinate with internet banking and maintain updated records.

26). Keep records of all FOC tickets and fast food.

27). As and when called for meeting at HO. Managers have to remain present with all data required and present before management.

28). Finalize and communicate in written roles and responsibilities of each staff. Send one copy to HR dept. (Send it within 15 days of receiving this mail)

29). Any mediclaim matter will be communicated to HR dept. within 24 hours, if possible then intimate claim online.

31). Job description is in line with the appointment letter.

**Salary**: ₹15,055.02 - ₹20,190.69 per month
