We are currently seeking a SAP PP& QM to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana (IN-TG), India (IN).

**SAP PP/QM Senior Consultant**
- SAP PP & QM Consultant with minimum of 10+ years of experience and must have all required functional and Configuration experience.
- Help Clients in defining their needs and direct them to the corresponding modules and functionalities.
- Conceptualize functional analyses and the modelling of business processes in relation to project targets.
- Ensuring a cross-sectional view of the client's functional needs.
- Ensure the correlation between the development of solutions and the functional needs of the client.
- Perform the configuration of modules according to the business needs of the clients.
- Provide support and important technical and functional support during the deployment phases.
- Develop and provide leadership during testing and quality assurance phases.
- Maintain technical documentation and transfer knowledge related to its responsibilities.
- Act as a consultant in their area of expertise and represent their department when interfacing with decision-making and technical bodies.
- Provide an monitoring role in order to understand and anticipate trends in their area of expertise, and make appropriate recommendations in terms of developing best practices for the company.
- SAP PP - Provide guidance to the businesses on the appropriate use of the SAP system.
- Review, analyze, and evaluate as-is business processes within the Demand to Supply (DTS) work stream.
- Design to-be business processes based on SAP DTS global template and best practices
- Lead and assist in SAP design sessions or blueprint workshops.
- Configure and maintain the relevant SAP S/4HANA components including but not limited to Production Planning, Production Scheduling, Production Orchestration and Execution, Quality Management (including documentation)
- Support business users in delivery of end user training.
- Create and manage SAP project tracks to implement or deploy capabilities as required: blueprints, gap analysis, end-to end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
- Provide overall maintenance and support.
- Coordination with the onshore team on all changes related to SAP PP & QM.
- The QM resource acts on behalf of the Product Innovation Quality Management (QM) Team, responsible for understanding business needs and problems, and implementing/supporting solutions and technical upgrades within SAP QM (Quality Management) modules.
- Works globally to provide detailed analysis of potential system changes, develops/supports agreed solutions working with various IT teams and Business Stakeholders, tests system changes to ensure a validated state.
- Assists in system implementation activities of data migration and training.
- Will act as the prime point of contact for all deliverables in QM area.
- Familiarity with SAP Charm and Solution Manager as well as Configuration and Logistic Execution
- Have developed very good interpersonal communication and user support management skills.
- Possess strong analytical, incident resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Make quality Decisions.
- Good Communication in English
