Position Overview:
BingeHub Café is looking for a skilled Chinese Chef to join our team. Your expertise in crafting authentic Chinese dishes will contribute to our menu's success. We provide ingredients and offer one day off weekly to support work-life balance.

**Responsibilities**:

- Create diverse and delicious Chinese dishes in line with our menu.
- Prepare and cook dishes to the highest standards while ensuring taste and presentation.
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff for smooth operations.
- Manage ingredient inventory and quality.
- Train and guide junior kitchen staff.
- Ensure consistency in taste and presentation.
- Stay updated on Chinese culinary trends.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Chinese Chef.
- In-depth knowledge of Chinese cuisine.
- Strong attention to detail and plating.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Culinary degree or certifications are a plus.

Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 60 per week

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
