Maint/eng Coordinator

**Overview**
- Vertical startup & stabilization of the green field operation.
- Ensuring proper inventory and availability of spare parts as per the PepsiCo standards.
- Coordinating with across the departments for inventory and availability of chemicals and consumables.
- Ensuring timely stock taking, reconciliation, audit, of spare parts and C&C stock management to ensure zero/ inventory mismatch.
- Large span for managing Spare parts approx. 10cr inventory
- Ensure availability of HSD/ LPG
- Drive Value engineering with coordination of internal and myBUY team.
- Ensure storage related statutory compliances
- Drive Store KC

**Responsibilities**
- Ensure to receive chemicals and consumables on time and per PepsiCo standard,
- Ensure to proper stacking and accounting of received spare parts, chemical and consumables.
- Ensure proper documentation for incoming spare parts and reporting.
- Create and develop the system for storage.
- Coordination with across the department for GRN and KC compliance.
- Reporting inventory time to time to stake holders.
- Ensure the availability of HSD/ LPG.
- Vendor code creation and Vendor development for KGF.
- Ensure issuance of C&C as per FEFO,
- Coordination and with finance for engineering scrap disposal
- Prepare SAP PO /PR as when required.
- Ensure proper cleaning & racking.
- Ensure proper documentation for online rejections material and return to supplier,
- Ensure Weekly and Monthly stock reconciliation,
- Follow-up for Secondary packaging materials with supplier,
- Support in EHS role & responsibilities, create awareness support and execution, GEHSMS standards and its compliances
- Training of operatives on Basic trainings,
- Ensure on-time reports and system documentation
- Support and Drive TPM

**Qualifications**
- B. Tech. Mechanical / Electrical 2-3Yrs experience of egg. Store,
- Desirable: handling Engineering store/ warehouse experience
- Minimum experience of 2-3 years of working in a similar industry at the supervisory level
- Exposure to manufacturing systems and shop floor culture
- Coordination skill / Communication skills
