**About Adret Software**:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in PPC (Pay-Per-Click) and Ads Campaigns to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for creating and implementing effective digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, increase website traffic, and generate qualified leads for our organization. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your skills and contribute to the growth of our business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, with a strong focus on PPC and Ads Campaigns.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using analytics tools to identify opportunities for optimization and make data-driven decisions.
- Manage the budget allocation for PPC and Ads Campaigns and ensure effective utilization of resources.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and development, to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging digital marketing technologies.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and cost per acquisition (CPA).
- Generate reports and provide regular performance updates to the management team.

**Requirements**:

- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or any related field.
- Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Executive, preferably with a focus on PPC and Ads Campaigns.
- Proficiency in using PPC platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media advertising platforms like Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
