i. Managing Warranty-Related Tasks

Monitor all customer inquiries and requests regarding warranty claims

Identify technical problems

Analyze and review warranty claims as per Nissan guidelines and issue reports

Coordinate for timely settlement of warranty claims

ii. Customer Management

Assist customers with all warranty-related service

b) Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution of complaints with

customer satisfaction

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
