**Purpose of the Job**:
Manage the Music department in Samskriti. Overseeing the progress in music for all the students.

**Responsibilities**:
Planning the Music Syllabus. Training students for performances. Conducting weekly meetings with other music teachers. Tracking the progress of students. Guiding the teahcers in terms of executing the syllabus. Arranging workshops.

**Required Competencies**:
Educational Qualification : Bachelor Degree

Skill Competencies : Advanced Level skills in Carnatic Vocal, Should have performed Concerts. Basic Computer skills

Experience : 10+years

Gender : Any
