Purpose of the Job

To manage HP activities at IH

Job Responsibilities
- Liaisons with all the departments in Rejuvenation
- Profiling of all the staffs (Employee database)
- Creating the Job description of each post
- Allocation of work
- Recruitment Process
- Handling employees related issues
- Orienting the new joinee
- Coordinating with HR department for completing the joining formalities and other HR requirements
- Maintaining the attendance register manually and online attendance
- Forwarding the monthly attendance sheet with ETA and OTA calculation to the HR department for Salary calculation
- Calculating and issuing the therapist tips
- Leave management
- Preparing the HR policies for rejuvenation
- Creating Process Flow
