**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Site Management**:

- Supervise and monitor all ongoing site activities related to interior construction, installation, and finishing works.
- Ensure that the site operations follow the project plans and drawings as per the design.
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and compliance with local building codes and industry standards.
- **Coordination**:

- Act as a point of contact between the project manager, clients, subcontractors, vendors, and workers.
- Coordinate the delivery of materials and ensure that the required materials are available on-site on time.
- Liaise with the design team to ensure that the installation and execution match the conceptual design.
- **Quality Control**:

- Ensure the quality of workmanship by checking the standards of construction, finishes, and material installations.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues related to quality, workmanship, and adherence to safety practices.
- Address and resolve any issues or discrepancies promptly.
- **Project Monitoring**:

- Track project progress against timelines and budget, report any deviations to the project manager.
- Ensure that work is completed according to the project schedule and within the budget.
- Maintain daily logs of site activities and report updates to the project manager.
- **Team Supervision**:

- Supervise site workers, ensuring they are following the instructions and working efficiently.
- Assign tasks to sub-contractors and labor, providing guidance on how to achieve the required outcomes.
- **Documentation**:

- Maintain records of site activities, including material deliveries, work progress, and labor hours.
- Manage site-related paperwork, including work permits, site inspection reports, and safety records.
- **Client Interaction**:

- Assist in client meetings, offering site updates and addressing client concerns or requirements as needed.
- Ensure client expectations are met and provide solutions in case of any design modifications or challenges.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Interior Design.
- Certification or training in construction management or site supervision is a plus.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in a similar role within the interior design or construction industry.
- Experience in supervising interior design projects, including knowledge of various materials, finishes, and design trends.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of construction processes, site management, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with team members, clients, and vendors.
- Proficiency in using project management software or tools (e.g., MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.) is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick decisions on-site.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Detail-oriented with an eye for quality and precision.
- Strong leadership abilities to supervise and motivate workers and subcontractors.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks under pressure.
