ManagerEV Home Charging Installation Manager

**Role Description**:

- Identify and empanel Vendors for Installation of EV Home Chargers at Customers’ residence
- Identify and Finalize deliverables and SLAs for Installation Partners
- Negotiations with vendors on pricing and term & conditions of supply of products and services
- Develop Home Charger Installation process, work with vendors and internal teams for development of necessary system and process to enable Home Charging transactions
- Develop internal systems for Vendor Claim settlement, payment and complaint resolution
- Coordination with stakeholders including Vendors, Channel Partners, and Internal Team for timely set-up of Home Chargers
- Manage the relationship with vendor for timely delivery and fulfillment of commitments
- Develop customer satisfaction mapping process to identify improvement area
- Organize training programs for installation vendors and their team on MSIL SOP of Installation process
- Close co-ordination with Vendors for Customer complaint resolution

**Suggested Profile**:

- 5+ years of experience in vendor management
- 2+ years of experience in Home Charger Installation process
- Excellent negotiating, communication, interpersonal skills to deal & collaborate with external Installation Vendors
- Individual working with EV OEMs / Installation Partners is preferred.
- Individual with experience of coordinating with Power Distribution companies
