**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and develop visually compelling infographics, banners, cover pages, and social media posts using advanced design tools and software.
- Create engaging videos, PowerPoint presentations, newsletters, and blog layouts to align with brand messaging and communication goals.
- Develop cohesive category-based themes, establish color palettes, and curate unique templates to maintain visual consistency across projects.
- Enhance and refine brochures, posters, presentations, and videos by editing for clarity, visual appeal, and effective communication.
- Produce high-quality visual assets for website content and execute creative concepts for online campaigns.
- Write engaging social media captions that complement visual content, optimizing for user engagement and interaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product and marketing, to ensure designs meet project requirements, resonate with the target audience, and uphold brand guidelines.

**Requirements**:

- Any graduate with certification in graphic design or with experience in graphic designing
- Proficiency in Canva; knowledge of additional graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) and video editing tools is a plus.
- A keen eye for design, including color theory, typography, layout, and composition, and ability to spot small details in designs and ensure consistency and quality in final outputs
- Understanding of how design supports marketing goals, enhances brand identity, and engages target audiences.
- Ability to handle multiple projects, meet deadlines, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
