Job overview:
As junior Architect, you will play a vital role in supporting the architectural team industry planning and executing various construction projects.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Assisting Senior Architects: Similar to a junior architect's role, junior architects in an architectural firm assist senior architects in various tasks related to design, planning, and project management.

Design Development: Junior architects contribute to the development of architectural and interior design concepts and solutions. They create sketches, 3D models, and renderings to communicate design ideas and refine designs based on feedback.

Material and Furniture Selection: Junior interior designers assist in selecting materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures for interior spaces, considering factors such as aesthetics, functionality, and budget.

Technical Drawings: They produce technical drawings such as floor plans, elevations, and detailed drawings using software like AutoCAD or SketchUp, ensuring accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations.

Vendor Coordination: Junior designers coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors to procure materials, furniture, and accessories for interior projects, ensuring timely delivery and installation.

Client Communication: They interact with clients to understand their needs and preferences, present design concepts, and provide updates on project progress, maintaining strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Site Visits and Inspections: Junior designers may conduct site visits and inspections to monitor project progress, ensure adherence to design specifications, and address any issues that arise during construction.

Qualification:

- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Proficiency in ,AutoCAD,sketch up ,Revit or similar tools
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Passion for creativity, innovation and sustainable design practices
