**Job Summary**:
A Butler in the hotel industry is responsible for providing personalized and high-level service to guests. The role focuses on ensuring that guests have a memorable and luxurious stay by addressing their needs and preferences with attention to detail and professionalism. Butlers often serve as the main point of contact for VIP guests and manage various guest services to create a comfortable and unique experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Guest Services**:

- Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their rooms.
- Offer a warm welcome and ensure guests are informed about hotel facilities and services.
- Provide detailed information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Assist guests with special requests, reservations, and bookings (e.g., dining, spa, events).
- **Room Preparation & Personalization**:

- Prepare rooms according to guests' preferences, including any special requests.
- Ensure the room is clean, stocked, and arranged to provide a luxurious experience.
- Offer unpacking and packing services if required.
- Set up amenities, such as welcome gifts, beverages, and personalized touches.
- **Concierge Support**:

- Act as a concierge by organizing transportation, arranging tours, and handling shopping or special errands.
- Provide recommendations and help make reservations for restaurants, events, or activities.
- **Food and Beverage Service**:

- Serve in-room dining or coordinate with room service staff to deliver meals.
- Assist with setting up special occasions or private dining in guests' rooms.
- Provide advice on wine and beverages, ensuring guests have a tailored experience.
- **Liaison and Communication**:

- Communicate with other hotel departments (housekeeping, room service, maintenance) to meet guests' needs.
- Keep track of guest preferences and update them in the hotel's system for future visits.
- Handle guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
- **Administrative and Safety Duties**:

- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and requests.
- Follow hotel safety protocols and assist with guest safety during emergencies.
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies and service standards.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in a similar role in luxury hotels or hospitality is preferred.
- **Skills**: Strong communication, attention to detail, ability to anticipate guest needs, excellent organizational skills.
- **Appearance and Professionalism**: Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professionalism.
- **Language Skills**: Proficiency in English and any other relevant languages is a plus.

**Preferred Qualities**:

- Customer service-oriented, approachable, and polite
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- A keen sense of discretion and confidentiality

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
