**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation and Prospecting**:

- Identify potential clients and generate new business opportunities by conducting market research and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of prospects through networking, referrals, and field visits.
- **Field Sales and Client Meetings**:

- Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential clients to present and promote our IT services, including ERP solutions, website development, and other digital offerings.
- Understand client needs and tailor sales pitches accordingly to effectively communicate the value of our services.
- **Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing ongoing support and addressing any concerns.
- **Sales Presentations and Demonstrations**:

- Deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our IT services.
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets.
- **Collaboration and Coordination**:

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop strategies and campaigns to attract new clients.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and effective delivery of services and solutions.
- **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- **Market Research and Strategy**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback and insights to the sales and product development teams to help refine service offerings.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of IT services, including ERP systems, website development, and digital solutions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to sales and a strong desire to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
