**Basic Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years ETL and/or Business Intelligence tools
- Familiar with the technical architecture associated with databases and analytics environments
- A high level of intellectual curiosity, external perspective, and innovation interest
- Strong analytical, problem solving and investigative skills
- Solid background in Information Technology with demonstrated ability to quickly learn new technology and business process
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills, teamwork and people development
- Ability to communicate proactively and effectively with IT and business stakeholders

**Responsibilities**:
Lilly USA IT Solution and Insights Services is responsible for driving technology innovation for the US Affiliate. You will primarily focus on data integration and analytic solution delivery. This position will report to the IT manager primarily responsible for solution delivery and innovation.

**In this role, you will**:

- Develop data-centric solutions to be advance our business teams within the US Sales and Marketing Affiliate
- Consult with internal customers (e.g. Brand teams) to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights
- Work with data from multiple data sources to build integrated views that will drive decisions
- Required technical proficiency in the core tools used by the solution services team (e.g. SQL, SSAS, Tableau, AWS Glue, Athena, Redshift, Python)
- Required Ansi SQL, Postgress SQL, Extract Transform and Load
- Work in Agile Sprints with business facing project teams
- Learn business processes and data used by business functions

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with and influence team members to drive solution delivery
- Collaborate with both internal and external technical teams to understand the appropriate menu of technologies and tools, and then incorporate knowledge to improve solution delivery efforts
- Design and build data visualizations (Tableau, PowerBI)
- Develop proof of concepts
- Understand the key elements of the project related data and business usage
- Ensure design and development adheres to quality and compliance requirements
- Responsible for the solution system performance and user experience (UX/UI)
- Partner with vendor resources on solution development to ensure understanding of data and technical direction for solutions
- Develop technical requirements and solution designs
- Responsible for system testing, ensuring effective resolution of defects
- Stay abreast of tools and technologies to deliver the best solutions to business
- Ensure adherence to appropriate quality standards and risk-based decision-making for all delivery efforts
