**Responsibilities**:

- **Executive Assistance**: Provide high-level administrative support to the Chartered Accountants, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.
- **Client Interaction**: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining positive client relationships.
- **Document Management**: Prepare and manage documents, reports, presentations, and other correspondence. Ensure accuracy, completeness, and confidentiality in all documentation.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office operations, including maintaining supplies, managing incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinating with vendors and service providers as needed.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues, preparing agendas, and providing logístical support.
- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems. Ensure proper organization and easy retrieval of documents and information.
- **Financial Administration**: Assist with financial administration tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and billing inquiries.
- **Confidentiality**: Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times. Adhere to data protection policies and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Personal Secretary, Executive Assistant, or similar role, preferably in a professional services environment such as a CA firm.
- **Organizational Skills**: Exceptional organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to interact professionally with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders at all levels.
- **Attention to Detail**: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks, including document preparation and data entry.
- **Discretion**: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
- **Adaptability**: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
