**Job Description**:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HubSpot Admin with a minimum of 3 years of Salesforce experience to join our team onsite. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing HubSpot solutions, integrating them with Salesforce, and optimizing workflows to enhance our sales and marketing processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and customize HubSpot solutions to meet business requirements, including creating custom modules, templates, and workflows.
- Integrate HubSpot with Salesforce CRM, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization between the two platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and implement automation workflows within HubSpot to streamline lead management, nurturing, and conversion processes.
- Configure and maintain HubSpot integrations with other third-party tools and systems as needed.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for HubSpot and Salesforce users, resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in HubSpot and Salesforce platforms, and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Document configurations, customizations, and processes to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system integrity.
- Train end-users on HubSpot and Salesforce functionalities, ensuring adoption and proficiency across the organization.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for leveraging HubSpot and Salesforce capabilities to drive business growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with HubSpot, including customization, implementation, and integration.
- Proficiency in Salesforce CRM, with hands-on experience in customization, configuration, and integration.
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, sales processes, and marketing automation.
- Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies for HubSpot customization.
- Knowledge of API integrations and webhooks for connecting HubSpot with external systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
- HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Developer Certification) and Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator) are preferred but not required.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate with team members in person.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
