**Chillibreeze will train you through a 3 Phased Program**: PHASE 1 PHASE 2 PHASE 3 Inspire Course Hands on Training Probationary Period We are a far from perfect company, but that doesn’t mean we don’t aspire to high values and principles. This rigorous course will equip you with foundational beliefs that will help you throughout your integrated life. The course helps us get to know you to determine if we are a good fit to progress to Phase 2.
After Inspire you will experience a deep dive into hands-on self and guided learning. We call this process 90/10. 90% your grit and determination to learn. 10% Chillibreeze coaching and guiding. Your performance through this training opportunity will determine how quickly you reach Phase 3
You will become a core member of a graphic design group. Working on “live” customer projects is your practice ground. Refine, implement, and continuously improve your design skills. The best part: Your personal Chillibreeze mentor will support your success to appointment

What does this program cost? PHASE 1 PHASE 2 PHASE 3 Inspire Course Hands on Training Probationary Period
Free for all qualified participants
A stipend of Rs.7000 per month will be paid to cover local travel
Probationary pay ranges from Rs.9,000 to Rs.13,000

After you have successfully completed all 3 Phases we celebrate your Appointment as a Junior Graphic Designer

**First Year Expectations**:
Be assigned to a team of 8 to 15 graphic designers working on customer projects.
Experience serving world-class customers from across the globe.
Maintain high standards of quality, know, and practice the value of checking everything off the Quality Check List (QC), and pay careful attention to detail on every job sent to the customer.
Learn the brand guidelines of key customer accounts and ensure that all design work adheres to the brand.
Format, design, transform rough slides and hand-drawn sketches, into visually pleasing PowerPoint presentations or documents.
Create pleasing and effective tables, diagrams, graphs, icons, templates, etc. within PowerPoint, as per customer requirements.
NEVER miss a customer deadline. It will be your responsibility to ensure that deadlines are consistently met every time.

**Key Skills**:
Good comprehension and clear communication skills are a must-have.
Able to express yourself well in writing and know the basics of business etiquette.
Have a “do what it takes” attitude to figure things out and serve our customers.
