**What You'll Do**:
The Creative team has the role of designing banners and performing maintenance tasks to meet Criteo client expectations and optimize their performance. Within the Creative team, you’ll be responsible for performing creative design requests, according to the process and the related SLA. You will also be tasked with ensuring client advertiser success through daily design maintenance and improvements of campaigns.

This role is based in our Creative Services Hub in Gurgaon, India.
- Work with cross-functional teams on seamless design and implementation of highly scalable dynamic ad display campaigns.
- Communicate effectively and clearly to our prized clients.
- Be responsible and have ownership of end-to-end solutions.
- Develop technical expertise in next-generation e-commerce advertising platforms.
- Work in a fast-paced innovative environment and be cool under pressure.
- Actively participate in the development of our business by providing the best solution at the right time
- Work together with the Consul team to deliver the right products at the right setting time in manner.
- Provide design support for other digital assets, such as marketing materials, presentations & others as and when required.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices, and incorporate them into design work to ensure that digital products are modern, innovative, and competitive.

**Who You Are**:

- 2-3 Year institute degree an Art or Graphic Design related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in tools such as Figma, XD, Sketch or other tools of similar standards and functionality.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, user research methods, and usability testing.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Ability to accept and work on completely new tools with the same capability.
- Strong mindset of self-learning about a new area.
- Fluency in English (Japanese or Korean notions would be a bonus)

**Desirable skills**:

- Advanced skills in HTML and CSS and knowledge of Javascript is preferable.
- Web work experience in multi-byte character countries.
- Experience in Editing videos.
