**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Sales Strategy**:Develop and execute a sales strategy for Bihar and Uttar Pradesh to increase the market presence of Brewed Leaf.
**2. Distribution Network**:Expand and manage the distribution network, ensuring our products are readily available in retail stores, supermarkets, and tea shops.
**3.Customer Relationship Management**:Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key stakeholders in the FMCG industry.
**4. Sales Targets**:Set and achieve sales targets, continuously monitoring and analyzing performance to meet and exceed goals.
**5.Market Analysis**:Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer preferences to identify new opportunities and threats.
**6. Sales Reporting**:Regularly monitor and report on sales performance, analyze data, and provide insights for decision-making.
**7. Budget Management**:Manage the sales budget effectively to maximize revenue and ROI.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in FMCG sales.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of the FMCG market in Bihar and Uttar Pradesh.
