**Roles and Responsibilities -**

Calling the clients in order to collect the rents on timely basis.
Reminder calls to delinquent clients who failed to make the rent payment.
Explain the consequences to clients of not paying the rent on time.
Follow up with the clients till the payment is received.
Escalating irregular cases to management and seeking help in closing them.
Ensure that all details of the calls & update on collections are updated and recorded as per the process.

**Must be an immediate joiner**
**1-3 years of similar experience required.**

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
