Job Description: Web Designers

We are looking for a web designer with 0-1 years of experience in HTML, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript, React who is dedicated to his craft, writes code, design that he/she is proud of and can hit the ground running.

You will work with a team of project manager, senior designers, senior developers, software testers and customer stakeholders to deliver high-quality, scalable and maintainable software solutions.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced/trained industry professional with strong core technical skills to join and add value to a dedicated and friendly team.

Required Qualifications:

- Proficient understanding of web markup, including HTML5, CSS3.- Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.- Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including but not limited to jQuery.- Experience with any JavaScript frameworks like Knockout, ReactJS,Vue, AngularJS, BackboneJS.- Ability to write documented, structured and maintainable code in HTML,CSS,JS.- Knowledge of UI/UX design and prototyping tools such as figma.- Knowledge of Adobe range of products including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat and Dreamweaver.- Proficient with Git.Roles and responsibilities:

- Plan and implement new designs.- Optimize existing user interface designs and development.- Communicate with clients to understand their business goals and objectives.- Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.- Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.- Create prototypes for new product ideas.- Test new ideas before implementing.- Conduct an ongoing user research.Job requirements and qualifications:
0-1 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

Excellent ability to discuss and explain design options.

Creative Designer.

Advanced troubleshooting skills.

Understanding of web-standards, optimizing page load times for maximum speed and scalability and building reusable codes.
