
Sales Telecaller

As a Sales Telecaller, you will play a key role in generating new business opportunities by engaging with potential clients over the phone. You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, presenting our products/services, and guiding them through the purchasing process.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote our technology
- Build rapport with customers and provide accurate information about our offerings
- Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate solutions
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
- Maintain detailed records of calls and outcomes in our CRM system
- Handle customer inquiries, follow-up on leads, and close sales
- Collaborate with the sales team to refine strategies and improve results
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in telemarketing, sales, or a customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to engage customers and build relationships over the phone
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Basic computer skills and experience with CRM systems (preferred)
- Positive attitude and resilience in handling rejections
