Tele Caller Executive

**Responsibilities**:
Telecalling:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients and partners.

Introduce company services and explain their benefits.

Answer inquiries and address customer concerns in a professional manner.

Maintain a friendly and positive attitude during interactions.

Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and effective communication.

Database Management:
Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the database.

Ensure that customer information is current and complete.

Collaboration:
Work closely with other team members to share insights and best practices.

Provide feedback on customer responses and preferences.

Qualifications:
good verbal communication skills.

Customer-oriented approach with a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

**Experience**:
Previous experience in telecalling or customer service roles is a plus but not mandatory. Freshers with communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Working Hours:
This is a full-time position with standard 8 working hours.
