**JOB TITLE**:
We are hiring an **Account Executive** for our organization, who should have good communication skills (written and verbal), computer knowledge (specifically MS Office) and willingness to work at flexible timings.

**ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Reconciling the company's bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers
- Completing analysis of the employee expenditures
- Managing income and expenditure accounts
- Generating the company's financial reports using income and expenditure data
- Keeping a check on the company's finances based on financial status
- Filing and remitting taxes and other financial obligations
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.

**Requirements**:

- Excellent computer operating skills and MS Office knowledge
- Good in verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of accounting regulations and procedures, including the generally accepted accounting principles.
- Able to work under stress and strain
- Must have passion to perform and produce results.
- Work experience as an accountants.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
- Ensure timely bank payments.
- Graduation degree in accounts.
- Money and Banking.
- Accounting System and invoices handling.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE**:

- Graduate / Post Graduate
- Experience: 2 year and above
- Freshers ready to take challenge of performance can also be considered
- Skills.
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
