**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assemble filing systems components according to engineering drawings and specifications, ensuring accuracy and precision in alignment and fitting.
- Install and test filing systems to verify functionality and performance, making adjustments as necessary to optimize operation.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on machinery and equipment used in the manufacturing process, performing repairs and replacements as needed to prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues that may arise during assembly or operation, utilizing problem-solving skills and technical expertise to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Collaborate with colleagues in the production team to streamline workflows and improve productivity, contributing insights and suggestions for process optimization.
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including maintenance logs, inspection reports, and inventory usage, to ensure accurate documentation and accountability.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times, promoting a culture of safety awareness and compliance within the workplace.

**Requirements**:

- ITI certification in Fitting or a related field, with a focus on mechanical engineering principles and practices.
- Proven experience working as a Fitter in a manufacturing environment, preferably with expertise in assembling mechanical components or systems.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, schematics, and technical documentation related to filing systems.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality workmanship, with a focus on precision and accuracy in assembly.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues independently, using logical reasoning and practical knowledge.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, fostering positive relationships and promoting cooperation.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work schedules, with a willingness to take on new challenges and responsibilities as needed.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures in a manufacturing environment, with a proactive approach to promoting a safe working environment for oneself and others.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
