**Roles and Responsibilities of Asst Project Coordinator**
1. Attendance Management:
- Checking the daily attendance, late coming, absence or leaves of all staff.
- Sharing the attendance report to the Client and Site Coordinator
2. Recruitment & Employee Onboarding Formalities:
- Sharing the offer letters to employees
- Onboarding of new joinees
- Coordinating with new joinee or employee for Police Verification
- All the activates related to the gate pass of new join employee.
- Arranging safety training certificate.
- Coordinate with security staff and complete the process of interview.
- Collect passes of new joining and distribute to new employees
3. Employee Document Maintenance
4. Site Coordination:
- Maintain & update all registers at the site for inspection by the client as well as the site coordinator.
- Keeping a record of all barcode passes issued on the name of the company.
- Keeping a record of all canceled barcode passes issued to the company.
- Keeping a record of safety clothing (PPE) distribution.
- Keeping a record of recovery and a new issue of PPE towards employees.
- Keep on educating employees from time to time about the Do’s and Don’ts at the site and outside the site.
- Keeping and updating any changes in the contact/address details of employees
**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
