Overview:
Element has an opportunity for a
**Mechanical Technician** to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity to develop your career within a Global TIC business.

In thsi role you will be handling material testing within a third party testing metallurgical laboratory

This position will be based in Ghatkopar West in Mumbai

**Responsibilities**:

- Interpretation of internal and client requirements
- Operating complex mechanical testing equipment
- Conduct PMI testing onsite
- Maintaining accurate and systematic records
- Performing general duties in accordance with Element's internal procedures, quality as well as Health and Safety system
- Application of instrumentation and the setting up of complex data capture equipment
- Report writing, data interpretation and analysis

Skills / Qualifications:

- Metallurgy or Mechanical graduate with relevant testing experience.Diploma holders with experience will be considered
- Experience of working within a Mechanical testing environment is advantageous
- NDT testing experience mandatory
- Excellent attention to detail along with strong written and verbal communication skills required
- Should have a team player attitude
