An **Andrologist** specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of male reproductive and urological health issues, with a particular focus on male fertility and sexual health. They are key members of fertility and urology clinics and work closely with reproductive endocrinologists and other specialists.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Diagnosis and Treatment**:

- Evaluate and treat conditions affecting male fertility, including low sperm count, motility issues, and hormonal imbalances.
- Diagnose and treat male sexual health disorders such as erectile dysfunction, premature ejaculation, and testosterone deficiencies.
- Perform procedures like sperm retrieval, cryopreservation, and microscopic surgery for fertility enhancement.
- **Consultation**:

- Provide consultations for men undergoing fertility assessments or facing reproductive health challenges.
- Collaborate with couples and other fertility specialists in cases of infertility.
- **Medical Procedures**:

- Conduct diagnostic tests such as semen analysis, hormonal testing, and genetic screenings.
- Perform microsurgeries such as vasectomy reversals, varicocelectomies, and testicular biopsies.
- **Patient Counseling**:

- Counsel patients on lifestyle changes, treatment options, and assist in decision-making for fertility treatments.
- Provide emotional support for patients dealing with fertility issues.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work with multidisciplinary teams, including urologists, gynecologists, and endocrinologists, to ensure comprehensive care.
- Participate in research related to male reproductive health and fertility treatments.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹324,000.00 per year
