**Role and Responsibilities**:
Create and publish job ads in various portals
Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media and during events.
Collaborate with hiring managers to set qualification criteria for future employees.
Plan, execute and measure the ROI of the jobs.
Coordinate with hiring managers on interviewing techniques and assessment methods.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Have multitasking ability to manage multiple job roles at a time.
Exceptional interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with others.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media and niche professional websites like LinkedIn, Internshala, Indeed, etc.
**Compensation**:
