**Key Responsibilities**:
**Project Planning and Execution**:
Develop and implement project plans, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client requirements.

Oversee the execution of cinema and multiplex projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with the design team to ensure that project designs align with client expectations and regulatory standards.

**Material Receiving and Quality Check**:
Supervise the receiving and inspection of construction materials at the project site.

Conduct quality checks on materials to ensure they meet specified standards and project requirements.

Maintain accurate records of all received materials, ensuring proper documentation and traceability.

Coordination with Head Office (HO):
Establish effective communication channels with the Head Office projects team.

Regularly update HO on project progress, challenges, and milestones.

Collaborate with the HO to address any design modifications or changes during the project lifecycle.

**Team Management**:
Lead and manage the on-site project team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.

Conduct regular team meetings to ensure everyone is aligned with project goals and timelines.

**Quality Assurance and Compliance**:
Implement quality control measures to ensure that construction activities meet industry standards and project specifications.

Monitor compliance with health and safety regulations on the construction site.

**Client Interaction**:
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the construction phase.

Address client concerns and provide regular updates on project progress.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
Bachelor's degree in [relevant field] or equivalent experience.

Proven experience in managing construction projects, preferably in the cinema/multiplex industry.

Strong understanding of construction processes, building codes, and regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

**Additional Requirements**:
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Familiarity with project management tools and software.

Pay: Up to ₹50,000.00 per month
