The Site Engineer/Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of solar power systems at the project site. The individual will work closely with the project team to ensure that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the client's satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise the construction of solar power systems, including modules, mounting structures, inverters, and other components.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Manage the site team and coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare daily reports on work progress, site conditions, and material consumption.
- Monitor the site inventory and equipment to ensure that materials are available when needed.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate project updates to the project team.
- Support the commissioning process and ensure that systems are operating at their full capacity.
- Provide technical support to the project team and resolve technical issues that arise during construction.

**Qualifications**:

- **Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical or Civil Engineering.**:

- 2-4 years of experience in solar power projects or relevant construction projects.
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems and their components.
- Familiarity with relevant codes and regulations, such as National Building Code (NBC) and National Electrical Code (NEC).
- Experience in managing a team and working with subcontractors.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

**Weekly Onboarding and action Plan**:
**Week 1**:
Introduction to the company culture, mission, and values

Review of company policies and procedures

Introduction to the project team and key stakeholders

Orientation on the project's goals and objectives

Introduction to the site-specific safety regulations and procedures

Review of the project schedule and deliverables

Shadowing senior site engineers/supervisors to learn about the construction process

Orientation on the company's quality control procedures

**Week 2**:
Continued shadowing of senior site engineers/supervisors

Begin actively supervising the construction process and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers

Conduct site inspections and prepare daily reports on work progress, site conditions, and material consumption

Participate in project meetings and communicate project updates to the project team

Review and refine the construction plan

Attend training sessions on project management and quality control

Meet with the design and engineering team to discuss project requirements and timelines

Work with the procurement team to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment to the site

**Week 3**:
Start actively engaging with potential customers

Oversee the commissioning process and ensure that systems are operating at their full capacity

Review and refine the construction plan based on feedback and results

Attend training sessions on safety regulations and environmental sustainability

Participate in regular site meetings with the team and management to review progress and discuss strategies

Review and approve invoices and payment requests from subcontractors and suppliers

Conduct regular safety audits and ensure that safety regulations are being followed on the site

**Week 4**:
Finalize construction work and prepare for project handover

Conduct final inspections and ensure that systems are operating at their full capacity

Prepare and submit final reports on construction work, site conditions, and project results to the management team

Attend training sessions on industry trends and market developments

Serve as a mentor to new team members and support their onboarding process

Meet with the operations team to ensure a smooth handover of the project

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
